Cafe Le Monde is hosting this breakfast based on a three options menu with an emphasis on fresh and local producers while combining all of the classics with a modern twist.
Meal Option 1
Double smoked bacon or house-smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and Noosa Red heirloom tomatoes with Tanglewood sourdough toast.
Meal Option 2
Miso mushrooms on Tanglewood charcoal sourdough, spinach, provolone, thyme, parsley, and Grana Padano, poached egg.
Meal Option 3
Smashed avocado with chili, red onion, coriander, on Tanglewood sourdough toast with Noosa Red heirloom tomatoes.
