Slow Food Brisbane, in partnership with Brisbane’s only culinary book shop, “Scrumptious Reads”, is hosting the seasonal book club, which starts this Sunday 6th of February at 10:30 am.
Be part of the discussion as books are read exploring food traditions, history, production, and enjoy eating.
This community of food and stories lovers will meet each season to discuss texts about food and how it has contributed to our culture, community, and environment.
Celebrating the joy of eating, our summer read is Delicious: The Evolution of Flavor and How It Made Us Human by Rob Dunn and Monica Sanchez
Scrumptious Reads will provide a meeting space, a light morning tea, and a 10% discount on books
