To celebrate the launch of the Get Grubby for Families online program that is free to Singleton residents, Singleton Council and SOLO have joined forces to giveaway two bags of compost to Singleton households that register at https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/your-garden-organics-compost-give-away-tickets-130347164879.
The bags of compost must be collected from the Singleton Waste Management Facility on Saturday 12 December 2020 between 10 am and 2 pm.
Bring the family and visit the Waste Education Centre to learn more about the Get Grubby for Families program or the Singleton Community Recycling Centre, or check out the Burragan Recycling Shop while you collect your compost. Or you can simply drive through and the bags of compost will be loaded into your car on the presentation of your Eventbrite ticket.
The Get Grubby for Families online program is designed for three to 10-year-olds to help the whole family grow together at home. Subscribers receive a monthly bumper email from dirtgirl and Costa that is jam-packed with activities, music, printables, and exclusive resources to help families establish a garden, make compost and cook the harvest, along with recycling fun, sustainable DIY, nature play, and getting grubby outdoors.
