Do you know if there is anything in NT, particulary Alice Springs?

Helen, try the contacts at http://slowfoodaustralia.com.au/convivia/find-a-convivium/northern-territory/

Although it relates to Darwin, they may know of people in Alice Springs. Wouldn’t it be exciting to start up a Slow Food convivium in the Alice!
