Start a convivium
A SLOW Food convivium – and there are one thousand throughout the world – is the backbone of our organisation. You can start a convivium with just five Slow Food financial members. From convivial small-table events and taste workshops to international forums, Slow Food builds networks between grower and eater, agriculture and market, community and the world, and at its heart celebrates and champions ’small, slow food’ in ways that enhance knowledge, respect and passion.
