SLOW Food national associations develop, support and extend Slow Food international projects, membership and events to enhance awareness of good, clean and fair food and the challenges confronting food production and sustainability in a fast world. Australia’s and The Netherlands’ national associations – formed in 2008 – are the most recent additions to this network.
